APPEARANCE / VOICE. 5'10", lean — think gymnast, brown hair (ft. slight waves/curls), brown eyes, bushy eyebrows — choose your poison, as long as it's not by chris bachalo. short + sweet version is that the lad is not cool, okay.
vocally, native new yorker, but josh keaton's pretty cool too.

peter parker: dork with the proportionate something-somethings of a spider — or nerd local to NYC spends his free time in tight-fitting, primary coloured spandex punching other guys in garish, multi-coloured getups about the city in the name of Preventing Crime and Helping Out. peter is ostensibly a good guy trying to do his best, which doesn't always work out, alongside a shed load of personal and emotional issues that mostly boil down to 'FEELS A LOT OF GUILT, GENERALLY ABOUT THINGS HE SHOULD NOT FEEL GUILT FOR'. he's surprisingly self-aware about this fact, in possession of a terrible sense of humour and ends up being incredibly annoying more often than not.

for real though — peter's backstory comes with a lot of death and murder, some cloning, body horror and body swapping, genetic mutations (not the cool kind), being buried alive, memory wiping. adjacent to him is also substance abuse, domestic abuse, and narcissism, but these topics are unlikely to come up outside of discussion of characters relevant to peter's past.

PETER is a skilled-slash-genuis scientist and engineer and an adequate photographer. it's both implicitly and explicitly stated that the reason why peter has not had more success as a scientist/engineer is because most things in his life come second to being spider-man. (because guilt! and neuroses! and gotta keep that status quo!)

as SPIDER-MAN, peter has the proportional strength and abilities of a spider (meaning: he strong); he has a minor healing factor that assists with the mending of bones and other injuries (but he's no wolverine), and he has increased strength and agility. he also has his "spider-sense" which is a sort of precognition and alerts him to dangers to himself and the direction of said danger (although not what the danger is). his spider-sense can be messed with, can be ignored, and generally isn't always 100%.

he's also, like, weirdly good at sewing. his movements are naturally pretty graceful thanks to the whole spider thing, which means he makes a deliberate effort most of the time to be just a touch more clumsy than he is naturally; as spider-man, he habitually perches on things, crouches on walls, stands at odd angles etc etc and generally moves in what tends to be perceived as creepy.

PHYSICAL AFFECTION.
yes — peter is very physically affectionate with loved ones, friends and family — more so with women, but he's a pretty equal opportunist space-invader at times; physical affection directed at him is generally fine, however who and what kind of relationship plays a part in his reaction.

FLIRTING
absolutely, yes. peter can be pretty (obliviously) flirty, but as he is also a giant dork, he's terrible at flirting and being flirted with on a genuine level — and he's also serially monogamous. in terms of him being flirted with: go for it. his reaction will depend on 1. canon point/current romantic status in game and 2. relationship in-game with the character in question.
